JAL Ventures Invests in Vendict’s $10M Series A Round
We’re pleased to announce JAL Ventures’ investment in Vendict’s $10 million Series A, led by Moneta VC with participation from NFX, Cardumen Capital, and Disruptive AI.
Vendict develops an AI-based compliance automation platform that helps enterprises efficiently manage and respond to security questionnaires, RFPs, and audit requests. By applying proprietary large language models trained on company data, Vendict enables accurate, audit-ready responses in minutes—saving time and accelerating sales cycles.
The company is rapidly gaining traction with global customers and emerging as a leader in AI-driven governance and compliance. We’re proud to support founders Udi Cohen and Michael Keslassy in their continued growth.
enSights Named One of TheMarker’s Top 15 Rising Startups of 2025
enSights is reshaping clean energy infrastructure with an AI-powered platform that monitors and optimizes the performance of solar panels, energy storage systems, and EV charging networks. The software connects to hardware from all major vendors, unifies data into a single control layer, detects anomalies in real time, and can even trigger automated service actions.
With over 50 global customers and a leading market share in Israel, enSights continues to set a new standard for managing distributed energy systems.
Sensos Partners with Textron Aviation (NYSE: TXT)
Sensos announced a new partnership with Textron Aviation, a subsidiary of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT), to enhance visibility and real-time monitoring of aircraft parts shipments using Sensos’ smart label technology.
This collaboration highlights Sensos’ growing role in transforming global supply chains through sensor-enabled logistics and predictive insights.
Novidea Appoints Matt Foster as Executive Chairman
We are pleased to welcome Matt Foster as Executive Chairman of Novidea.
Matt brings over 30 years of experience scaling global SaaS and insurance technology businesses. His appointment comes at an important stage in Novidea’s expansion, as the company strengthens its global presence and continues to deliver advanced cloud-based solutions for the insurance industry.
