In this Policy, JAL is the ‘Controller’ of all Personal Data collected and processed as outlined herein.
1. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT AND HOW IS IT COLLECTED?
Information you give us.
• We collect Personal Data about you when you voluntarily contact us through the communication means listed under the “Contact Us” tab on the Website, including by e-mail, through our LinkedIn or Facebook pages hyperlinked on the Website or otherwise. In such cases the types of Personal Data you would typically provide us with are your name, telephone number and email address (business or private), and you may also provide us with your workplace/company, job title and further details of your choice. We may monitor and record e-mails, phone calls or other communications between you and us.
• If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter you will need to provide us with the following Personal Data: contact details, such as your e-mail address, on the ‘Subscribe to Our Newsletter” section of the Website.
• You may provide us Personal Data about others or on third party behalf. By doing so, you represent and warrant that you are acting in compliance with applicable law; authorized by that entity to provide the information and to grant us consent to use the submitted information; and that you verified that such third party is aware of this Policy and its terms.
